We can provide our customers with perfect design service, we have a number of designers, and provide fast response services. We can make these designs into the products that customers need, and quickly send these products to our customers.
How long does it take from an idea to a product?
if you have amazing idea and wanti it come true, you need to go on next step.
first you need to contact with our designers whatever provide your request or your model picture, and our design department will need some time to make a thumbnail.
And we also send some primary designs to you for confirmation, if you want to update the design we will also waiting for you.
Once you agree,you can contact us and place the order from our website. We will process your order as soon as possible once you paid successful. After production, we will send this order according to your chosen delivery type.
Total Time = Design Time + Confirm + Place an order + Production Time + Shipping Time.
If your event date is tight, please tell us advance so we can provide an estimated time.

Should I need to provide a picture?
If you want to customer your own tablecloths, wall clothes, curtains, or backdrops and you don’t have an exactly picture, we advised you to provide a similar photo and describe the requirements.
We can provide a thumbnail according to your request. Of course, if you have a picture you like, you can also send it to us, we will help you checked the quality of this picture and send the thumbnail to you soon.
What the format of picture can provide?
If you want to create your own image as a tablecloth, wallpaper, curtains, or backdrop, we recommend that you provide a high-resolution image. Usually, we prioritize vector image files (EPS, AI, PDF, SVG) as these images can be enlarged without loss. Of course, if you can only provide bitmap files, we suggest sending PNG images to us, or you can send other image file formats (jpg, TIFF, BMP). We do not recommend sending PSD or PSB files as fonts or other details may be lost.
What information do I need to provide?
If you want to customize a tablecloth, wallpaper, curtains, or backdrops, you need to at least tell us the size of the product so that we can determine the image scale of the thumbnail. Then you can tell us which elements you want this screen to contain, or you can tell us what theme style of screen you want. So we suggest that you provide as much information as possible so that we can more accurately assist you in creating this thumbnail.
If I want to customize a tablecloth, how do I need to make it.
If you want to customize a tablecloth, you can tell us the size of the tablecloth and your requirements for the visual style. Of course, it would be better if you could provide a picture file.
If I want to customize a curtain, which options do I need to choose.
Firstly, you need to measure your window. If your window size is 160cm wide and 150cm high, we suggest that you choose to input dimensions of approximately 320cm wide and 160cm high, as the curtains may have some folding.
Of course, this is not a mandatory requirement. You can also enter a width of 170cm and a height of 160, so that the curtain can display its image smoothly and be more beautiful. Then you need to determine the number of curtain panels you have, which will determine whether your curtains are opened in two opposite ways or in a single side opening way.
Then you need to confirm the hanging method of your curtains. We provide three options: Pleat Hooks, Grommets, and Rod Pocket. Finally, you need to choose whether you want the curtains to be rolled or wrapped. Finally, you can choose the material for the curtains on our customization page, complete the input and selection of these options, and upload your pictures.

Of course, this does not mean that we can only produce these products. If you have some requirements that our customized pages cannot provide at the moment, please contact us, and our customer service personnel will reply to you as soon as possible.
How long is the order processing time?
Usually, once the order is successfully paid, we will process it within 12 hours.
If this is a regular product order, we will usually start making it within 12 hours, as different products will have different production times, so this processing time may take 1-3 working days.
If this order is a custom order, we will check the order requirements and order images, and we will send thumbnails and detailed images to our buyer. Once the customer confirms the thumbnails, we will start making this order.

What are the logistics methods available
We offer three different logistics solutions: economic shipping, standard shipping, and expedited shipping.
Usually, if your event date is not urgent and you are sensitive to shipping prices, we recommend choosing economy shipping, but it is a bit slow and usually takes 14-25 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
If you choose standard shipping, the usual shipping time is 12-16 working days, which is a relatively balanced logistics method. Its speed is not very slow, and it is also a relatively safe logistics method.
Of course, if you want to use this product as a gift, or if you order it for an event, you need a fast, accurate, and safe logistics method. Therefore, we suggest that you choose this expedited shipping method, which usually takes 7-12 working days and has a high chance of arriving early.
How will the expected arrival time be calculated?
Because different products will have different processing times, we have provided instructions on the processing time on our product page.
Once we have completed the production, our production department will send the product to our quality inspection department to check its quality.
Once the inspection is completed, we will deliver the order to our logistics department, and we will send the order as soon as possible. So the total shipping time=production time+quality inspection time+shipping time
